Receptionist (Corporate division) Temporary Position-98948001

How You'll Make an Impact:

You are a dynamic and reliable person; you have good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and the safety of our internal and external customers.

As a Receptionist you will:

• Respond to inquiries from visitors and employees entering the facility.

• Greet and keep a record of visitors.

• Answer telephone calls and provide information on activities in the facility.

• Be responsible for notifying the appropriate person of a visitor's arrival, locating departments, offices, employees within the organization.

• Providing information on services and responding to inquiries from clients and employees. May request additional guidance/support as needed.

• Be attending training programs (classroom and virtual) as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

What You'll Need to Succeed

• a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1-year experience is required.
• Bilingualism is an asset
