The Job: Covering for Maternity Leave for 1 year can be extended.

Job Start as soon as possible.

How You'll Make an Impact:

During the work hours from 8:30AM to 4:30 PM and depend on the business need, Monday to Friday, directly support the General Manager of the Food Service and the Manager of the Facility Department with on-going facility and team related responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

● Assist with the Food Meal Program for both JR & SR Campuses.

● Help support facility specific cost savings initiatives to meet targets

● Payable transaction the Sodexo Information systems

● Assist Facility Manager with tactical planning for the events facilities team's goals and objectives

● Provides support for current employees, hiring and orientation.

● Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations, as needed and directed

● Assist with the coordination and scheduling of food service in terms man power needs.

● Coordinate office moves within the facility and manage client space planning software data entry

● Assists management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary

● Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested

● In collaboration with client and other Sodexo team members, help resolve spontaneous and unique problems with professionalism. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery

● Ensure delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Sodexo.

● Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested

● Read and apply Service Level Agreements to help achieve the Key Performance Indicators and favorable scores on the client satisfaction surveys

● Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction

● Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption, as needed

● Develop/maintain positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff

● Answer client question through email.

● Replace/cover staff if needed.

● Maintain confidential organized files and staff working and vacation schedules

● Performs other related duties as requested by his/her supervisor/managers

● Plan for monthly safety related and other training (Sodexo, Client, etc.). Coordinate transfer and recording of training information and provide technical support to employees to assist in completion of training. Track training by entering data into database(s).


Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years related work experience or any similar combination of education and experience

  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written in English

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail
  • Solid administrative experience in a high-volume environment that demands attention to detail and daily follow-up
  • Technical skills – MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlookt
  • Managing Multiple Priorities
  • Strong relationship skills
