The HR Systems Administrator supports the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of Indigo's HR system (UKG). This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, assisting with system updates, and providing user support. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & HR Technology, the incumbent helps maintain system integrity and supports HR, Payroll, and other functional teams with reporting, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. The role also plays a key part in identifying opportunities for system optimization by gathering feedback from stakeholders, recommending improvements, and leading implementation efforts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
- Administer, maintain and troubleshoot the HR system (UKG) and associated integrations on a day-to-day basis
- Respond to user inquiries and provide first-level support for system-related issues
- Assist with testing and implementation of system updates and new features
- Maintain documentation for system processes and user guides
- Support data integrity through regular audits and validation checks
- Generate standard reports and assist with ad hoc reporting requests
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or external support as needed
- Solicit feedback from HR partners and business users on reporting and system functionality
- Analyze feedback and make recommendations for system optimization and reporting enhancements
- Develop roadmaps for approved improvements and lead their implementation
- Support the implementation and administration of new system modules, job grades, and integrations

Qualifications
Qualifications / Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR systems administration, preferably with UKG
- Familiarity with HR data and reporting tools; experience with Cognos or similar tools is an asset
- Basic understanding of HR processes and data privacy best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
