Summary:

As the Manager, CRM and Email Marketing, you will own and optimize the customer journey through data-driven CRM strategies and engaging email marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in increasing customer retention, lifetime value, and brand loyalty across all digital touchpoints. This role leads a team of analysts and creatives and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and data-driven customer communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand's CRM and email marketing strategy to enhance customer lifetime value, retention, and engagement.
  • Partner with eCommerce, brand, planning, and merchandising teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and seasonal strategies.
  • Act as the CRM subject matter expert, advocating for data-driven decisions across marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage customer data to map journeys and identify high-impact opportunities across touchpoints.
  • Oversee the planning, creation, deployment, and optimization of all email marketing campaigns (promotional, lifecycle, transactional, and triggered).
  • Collaborate closely with digital, merchandising, IT, and brand teams to ensure cohesive and consistent customer communications.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital lifecycle marketing, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including analysts, marketers, and creatives.
  • Strong command of CRM/email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker, Excel, Microstrategy, Access, Snowflake).
  • Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (CASL, GDPR) and email deliverability best practices.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, email automation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Background in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual
