We're looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator who's curious, collaborative, and ready to grow their communications career. In this role, you'll help shape the voice of our company brand through long-form content that informs, inspires, and connects.
What's the job?
.As our Content Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a key player in our storytelling efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing and editing long-form content such as blogs, webpages, and internal communications that reflect our brand's tone and values.
- Researching a wide range of topics relevant to our industries, (such as facilities management, remote workforce accommodations, infrastructure support services etc.) and turning them into engaging narratives.
- Supporting content planning, identifying editorial gaps, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
- Ensuring content meets SEO, accessibility, and editorial best practices, and tracking performance metrics to help us improve.
- Working with teammates to adapt and amplify content across channels.
- Monitoring industry trends and news that could shape our content strategy.
- Contributing to cross-functional projects and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- A Great Attitude!
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of demonstrated experience in a B2B content, communications, or marketing role.
- Strong writing and editing skills, ideally with knowledge of Canadian Press style with a solid grasp of clarity, structure, and tone.
- A solid understanding of SEO and B2B content strategy.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools (such as Meltwater) and CMS platforms (such as WordPress).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Confidence in researching unfamiliar topics and turning them into accessible content.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to balance creative input and team feedback.
