JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are currently seeking a Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to join our Maintenance Team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
As a Red Seal Industrial Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment. Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you will:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities

• Install, align, rebuild, and replace mechanical equipment and components

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues

• Perform welding and fabrication work as required

• Participate in plant shutdowns and major maintenance projects

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and efficiency

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For

• Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certification

• Journeyperson status in good standing

• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset
