Senior Data Analyst, Business Transformation

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead complex analytics initiatives that support the division's analytics ndigital transformation strategy. This role will provide technical leadership for reporting modernization efforts, drive adoption of Power BI and modern data platforms, and help shape the organization's emerging digital twin, AI and agentic capabilities.
The successful candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leaders across the division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead migration strategy/execution of reporting assets from legacy to modern reporting platforms.
• Design scalable reporting architectures, semantic models, automation, analytics and AI solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to define analytics roadmaps and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business processes.
• Establish reporting standards, governance practices, and development best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and approaches that support organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners on enterprise data initiatives.
• Translate business strategy into actionable analytics programs and deliver measurable business value.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, engineering, and/or visualization design.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex analytics projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and business consulting skills.
• Experience with data governance, semantic modeling, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, AI technologies, or automation platforms highly desirable.
• Proven ability to mentor and influence others.
