New Brunswick Region Pay Range Information:
The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $152,500. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience, education, skills and qualifications.
Ontario Region Pay Range Information:
The expected base salary range for this position is $121,000 to $171,000. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience, education, skills and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of a multi-year papermaking process excellence roadmap.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new papermaking technologies and best practices.
  • Support manufacturing sites in improving OEE, capacity, quality, and cost performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product Development teams to deliver sustainable results.
  • Provide technical expertise, coaching, and training to develop organizational capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, papermaking & converting operations, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of papermaking processes, equipment, and quality systems.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
