Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across operations, maintenance, workforce management, safety, quality, and inventory functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational and business leaders to develop reporting solutions, improve data reliability, and transform complex data into actionable business insights. This position also plays an important role in advancing the Division's growing AI and analytics portfolio through the development of predictive models, process analytics, and intelligent business solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain Power BI, Tableau, and PI Vision dashboards and reports.
• Investigate and resolve data quality, reporting, and system integration issues.
• Create predictive models, decision trees, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
• Integrate enterprise data assets and governed reporting structures.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, gather requirements, and deliver business-focused insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience working with manufacturing, operational, or workforce analytics is considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business recommendations.
• Experience connecting and organizing enterprise data from semantic models, SQL endpoints, PI systems, AVEVA Connect, PI Integrator jobs, and data lakes to build reliable, governed reports/models/agents.
