Do you have a passion for operating heavy equipment? Juniper Organics is looking for a Front End Loader Operator to join our Operations team!

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:
- Operate Front End Loader
- Operate front end loader to load walking floor trailers at our peat bog operation
- Perform Additional Tasks
- Assist with other tasks as assigned to support overall operations.
- Maintain Equipment
- Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely to prevent downtime.
- Safety Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: The role is primarily based on the peat bog, operating an L60 Volvo loader
- Travel: Requires your own transportation to and from work site
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum: 1 year of experience operating front end loaders.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
- Good communication skills
