Salary Range: 44 - 65K
RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Respond to customer billing, account, documentation, proof-of-delivery, reconciliation, and dispute inquiries in a timely and professional manner

    • Support customer account administration, including set-ups, billing adjustments, voids/rebills, approvals, and required documentation

    • Monitor automated AP/AR processes, including RPA reports, Kofax validation, exception checks, and follow-up on items requiring manual review

    • Coordinate operational and administrative support, including shared inboxes, documentation, supplier/carrier support, cargo insurance certificates, onboarding logistics, and office coordination

    • Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, and support further process and administrative efficiencies across the team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, logistics, accounting, or a related field is required; completion of a related degree is considered an asset
  • Entry-to-intermediate administrative experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, finance administration, customer service, or a related operational environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond effectively to internal and external inquiries
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong systems aptitude and comfort working with Microsoft Office tools, shared inboxes, reporting tools, and business systems; experience with E1, TMS, Kofax, RPA-enabled processes, or similar systems is considered an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve administrative work
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment while supporting accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
