QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with expertise in manufacturing excellence, project management, reliability engineering, industrial maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects and influencing strategic outcomes.
• Strategic Vision: Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on systems optimization, root cause analysis and long-term value creation.
• Bilingual Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts and strategic priorities in both French and English.
