JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a hardworking and reliable individual looking to build a career in a fast-paced heavy equipment maintenance environment? We're seeking a motivated General Labourer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations at our Deersdale facility.
In this essential role, you'll assist with a variety of tasks that help keep our garage running smoothly. From equipment prep and shop maintenance to supporting technicians during repairs, your contributions will play a key part in maintaining our fleet's performance and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist mechanics and welders with equipment repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Perform cleaning, organizing, and general upkeep of the shop and yard.
• Move, load, and unload tools, parts, and heavy equipment components.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a labourer or shop support role (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical tasks.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Safety-conscious mindset and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Forklift or equipment operation experience is an asset.
