JOB DESCRIPTION
The Analyst will be a key member of the Retail Division Fleet team, tasked with leveraging data to improve performance. This role involves analyzing data related to fleet operations to identify areas for improvement and generate actionable insights. The analyst will collaborate with the team to translate these insights into strategies that enhance the division's performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use deep dives and advanced analytics to optimize fleet operations.
• Work with fleet and operational leaders throughout the organization to identify opportunities.
• Create, validate, and maintain reports and dashboards using various visualization tools
• Identify gaps and extend company's data with third party sources of information when needed
• Deploy and manage analytical models to monitor performance and maintain accuracy of results.
• Automate reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and accuracy of data visualizations where appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
• Hands on experience in data analytics tools and languages.
• Business acumen, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• High Proficiency in creating meaningful data visualizations using Tableau, and PowerBI
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present information to both technical and non-technical shareholders.
• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or an applied science
• Experience in developing value-added machine learning models that optimize operations, reduce risk, and or prescribe outcomes
