RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:

• Operate safely and efficiently - Drive log trucks in accordance with J.D. Irving, Limited's Best Management Practices and legal requirements.
• Meet production targets - Maintain productivity and utilization goals while working independently in remote environments.
• Perform inspections - Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure cargo is secure and safe for transport.
• Collaborate with loaders - Work as a team with log loader operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For:

• Education - High School diploma required.
• Licensing - Valid Class 1 Driver's License or equivalent.
• Experience - Truck driving and woods experience is an asset.
• Mechanical skills - General truck mechanical knowledge is considered an asset.
• Reliability - Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
