We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Spares Provisioning Coordinator to join our ILS team. In this role, you'll help ensure essential spare parts, maintenance tools, and technical data are accurately identified, documented, and delivered throughout key defense and marine programs.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and capability partners to coordinate provisioning conferences, manage logistics documentation, and support operational readiness-all while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative team culture where continuous learning and shared knowledge are valued.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and facilitate Initial Provisioning Conferences and related meetings throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Facilitate the delivery and review of maintenance and sparing recommendations for the client in collaboration with Platform Systems and Combat Systems capability partners, including participation in Maintenance Review Acceptance Boards and Initial Provisioning Conferences.
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and supportability teams to collect, validate, and manage logistics data.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including parts lists, long-lead item reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
  • Monitor provisioning schedules, identify risks, and escalate issues to project leadership.
  • Support configuration management and integrate provisioning outputs into lifecycle support documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of junior logistics coordinators by sharing best practices, providing informal guidance, and supporting knowledge transfer across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Completion of a technologist certification or a college diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other relevant fields. We value diverse educational pathways.
Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or design involving ships or marine equipment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: subcontract management, material data analysis, or project coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating administrative activities among multiple organizations working collaboratively on data-related projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Previous event and meeting planning experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Must be willing and able to travel (within Canada and internationally) on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Must be eligible for security clearances.
