RESPONSIBILITIES
Join Our Team as a Strategic Finance Leader
At Irving Consumer Products, we're looking for a dynamic finance professional to take a leadership role in shaping our financial strategy. In this high-impact position, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives, champion data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive business performance.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Influence: Spearhead monthly financial forecast presentations to senior leadership, delivering clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive Financial Planning: Own and enhance the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes by challenging assumptions, aligning departmental goals, and ensuring financial rigor.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to support gross margin forecasting, pricing strategies, and business case development.
  • Deliver Insightful Analytics: Provide deep financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion, operational efficiencies, investment alternatives, and customer profitability.
  • Enhance Reporting Capabilities: Continuously improve financial reporting tools and dashboards to enable faster, smarter decision-making across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent leadership capabilities
  • Results-driven, strategic, and analytical thinker
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to lead by influence and collaboration
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience is required
  • Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset
  • Education Degree: Bachelor's Degree
  • CPA Designation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
