RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively and support a Human Resources team across multiple businesses.
- Develop and deliver HR programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement.
- Ensure data integrity and utilization of dashboards to provide data driven decisions.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle, including posting requisitions & screening candidates.
- Liaise between candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Understand the HR systems and recommend appropriate optimizations.
- Various administrative duties and special assignments as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Business Administration Degree Program
- Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Operations
- In positive academic standing - Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be team-oriented and an independent self-starter
- Experience in gathering and presenting data insights through visualizations
