Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare meals for residents in community care facility.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.
• Organize and maintain workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Store food properly to prevent spoilage.
• Assist with menu planning.
• Clean and sanitize preparation areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Preparing weekly Grocery list.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and resolve issues related to food preparation.
