Vitality Glow Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Vitality Glow Associate to join our team and operate our state-of-the-art Ergoline Vitality TLT3.

Applicant MUST be 18 years of age or older due to Provincial Regulations.

The Vitality TLT3 offers a unique combination of red light, blue light and UV technology, creating a premium wellness and tanning experience for our clients.

As a Vitality Glow Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client while ensuring the Vitality area operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
• Checking clients in and assisting with bookings and appointments
• Operating the Ergoline Vitality TLT3 according to established procedures and training
• Explaining to clients the different options, including red light, blue light and UV
• Reviewing client instructions, contraindications and safety requirements
• Ensuring clients understand proper session times and usage
• Cleaning and sanitizing the bed and treatment area between clients
• maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming Vitality Glow area
• Processing payments and retail sales
• Assisting clients with membership and package information
• Recommending appropriate training and skincare products when requested
• Following all Body Craft Esthetics policies and PEI regulations
• Helping promote Vitality Glow memberships, packages and retail products
