Job Description:

General Maintenance – Property & Buildings

• Maintain grounds and outdoor areas, including lawns and parking areas, etc.
• Grass cutting, tree trimming and general grounds tidying
• Minor building repairs, including painting, carpentry and general upkeep
• Washing vehicles inside and outside
• Other related duties as required
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to work independently and with others
