Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and special items to prepare food and answer servers questions.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe and organized kitchen.
  • Assist with the preparation of ingredients.
  • Ensure that the kitchen environment is conducive to high-quality production while adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Kitchen Manager

Ideal Candidate

  • Certification of: Food Handler, Food Safe, SafeCheck or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a busy kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for food and dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
