We are currently seeking a Leasing Coordinator to join our team at our Charlottetown headquarters.

About the Role

• This is not a typical office job.
• We are looking for someone who is obsessed with filling units, reducing vacancy, and connecting great people with great homes. This role is part salesperson, part relationship builder, and part problem solver.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities across assigned territories throughout PEI. You will work closely with our property management team and report directly to the General Manager of Red Sands Property Management.
• This position requires flexibility. While most work occurs during regular business hours, successful leasing often requires occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate prospective residents and secure tenant placements.
• The primary objective of this role is simple: keep units occupied with great residents while minimizing vacancy whenever possible.

Compensation

• $45,000 annual salary plus performance-based commission.
