Production Worker

Job Description:

The Production Worker reports to the Production Supervisor.

The successful candidate is responsible for the safe operation of the equipment to ensure that quality product is packaged for the customers.

This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with other team members and lead supervisors.

Tasks:

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure customer tags on product bags match the harvesting lots
• Maintain weights to ensure customer is receiving correct amount of product
• Carefully pack product into correct packaging
• Communicate with Finished Packaging Operator which customers are being packed and the
• quantity
• Maintain a tidy work area
• Participate in safety meetings
