Junior HR Coordinator

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Junior HR Coordinator to join their team. As a Junior HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR function supporting day-to-day HR administration during a busy growth period. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, comfort working with HR systems and employee data, and the ability to stay organized while coordinating documentation and training tracking.

Job Title: Junior HR Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $26-$28/hr

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

• Set up and implement employee data in a new HR platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support the rollout of the HR platform across two nearby facilities in Mississauga.
• Handle HR administration, including documentation and training tracking to keep records current.
• Maintain employee records that are accurate, organized, and easy to reference for internal teams.
• Work closely with internal managers day to day to support HR processes during the rollout.

What's Needed?

• About 1 to 2 years of HR experience or relevant HR education.
• Comfortable setting up and working with HR systems and employee data.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, with a focus on data quality and documentation.
• Access to a car and ability to travel between two nearby facilities.
