Food Services Manager

Bamboo Chopsticks Vietnamese Restaurant in West Kelowna is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35 hours per week.
Job Description:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Bamboo Chopsticks Westbank
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service/restaurant industry
Experience with Vietnamese restaurant is preferred.
Language in the workplace is English
We offer:
$70,000 annual salary
