A career as a Senior Transformation Advisor in the Strategy and Transformation - Capital Markets Operations team at National Bank means playing a key role in transforming and modernizing operational activities in support of Capital Markets. This position allows you to make a tangible impact on organizational performance through your expertise in operational transformation, continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management.
Your role
• Contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives by simplifying, optimizing, and automating Capital Markets operational processes
• Analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical, data-driven solutions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, data quality, and operational performance
• Coordinate stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation roadmaps
• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to various stakeholders and leadership teams
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to redesign processes, support change adoption, and implement sustainable improvements

The Capital Markets Operations sector consists of specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, remain at the forefront of innovation, and continuously improve processes.
Within the Strategy and Transformation team, you are part of a multidisciplinary group of advisors and transformation specialists and report to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation. Requirements
• Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, finance, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrate experience in operational transformation, continuous improvement, business process optimization, or change management
• Possess strong knowledge of Capital Markets and financial market operations
• Have experience documenting business processes, business requirements, and target operating models
• Demonstrate experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
• Possess strong facilitation, workshop leadership, and business analysis capabilities
