Your days will include:

Manage overall barn and yard site
Manage staff, delegate duties, perform coaching plans
Meet production targets
Organize and maintain gilt selections
Carry out feeding and vaccination programs
Monitor proper animal handling
Perform minor maintenance tasks
Perform general on farm duties
Maintain livestock performance records
Respond to after-hours alarm calls
Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you possess:

Valid Class 5 Drivers License & reliable means of transportation
Self-motivated, well organized and reliable
Strong communication skills
Good work ethic
A team player, work well with others
Availability to work rotating weekend shifts
An experienced Swine Technician (2 years minimum)
