About the Role
The GAO Group is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Email Marketing Intern to support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This internship provides practical experience in digital marketing, audience engagement, campaign performance analysis, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
Create and organize email contact lists for targeted campaigns.
Segment audiences based on demographics, engagement, and campaign objectives.
Support the development of compelling email content and subject lines.
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Generate reports and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to align email marketing initiatives with business goals.
Ensure email campaigns comply with email marketing best practices.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.
Interest in Digital Marketing or Email Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of email marketing concepts is an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Constant Contact, or other email marketing platforms (preferred but not required).
Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation.
Creativity and analytical thinking.
