Our client is seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, ON. As a Bilingual Service Coordinator, you will act as the commercial link between product lines, field service representatives, and the customer during the execution of regional project orders. Job Title: Bilingual Service Coordinator

Pay Rate: $35/hr
What's the Job?
- Serve as a customer advocate by communicating the appropriate level of urgency to operational contacts and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers within the assigned territory or vertical segment.
- Support the deployment of corporate initiatives such as Lean (e.g., 5S), MESH, and EBS.
- Promote proactive project management through accurate, timely communication with internal partners and external clients regarding schedule status, acceleration, change orders, logistics, and financial management of orders.
- Work in compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations, while participating in departmental Lean activities to improve continuous flow, reduce material handling, and enhance efficiency and product quality.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship.
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills, with exceptional organizational and project management abilities to manage a high volume of transactions (orders, emails, and phone calls).
