About the Role:

The Full Time Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving the success of our retail operations by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This position involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product knowledge, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure satisfaction. The Sales Associate will maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, contributing to a positive shopping environment. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with team members and management to meet store goals and support promotional activities. Ultimately, the Sales Associate helps build lasting customer relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of the products or industry relevant to the store.
  • Additional language skills to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Certification in customer service or sales training programs.
