About the Role:

The Sales Full-Time Commission role is designed for a motivated and results-driven individual who will play a critical part in driving revenue growth within our organization. The primary objective of this position is to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into loyal customers by effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly. Success in this position directly impacts the company's market presence and profitability, making it essential to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a commission-based environment.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the specific industry related to the company's products or services.
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in English and French, to serve a broader client base.
  • Previous experience working in a commission-based sales role.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored product or service solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and address any client concerns post-sale.
