POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the building's common areas.
Schedule: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., night shift.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Greet visitors
- Occasionlly Replace the receptionist
- Receive and redirect incoming calls
Construction
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma (SSD)
