  • Monitor Microsoft platform updates and recommend relevant enhancements.
  • Support user adoption through training, documentation and ongoing assistance.
  • Act as a functional subject-matter resource for D365 F&O-related matters.

Profile

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; relevant experience with Dynamics AX will also be considered.
  • Solid understanding of one or more modules related to finance, operations, supply chain or manufacturing.
  • Ability to analyze complex business needs, recommend pragmatic solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience in an evolving D365 environment involving optimization, integrations, updates or deployments.
  • Strong autonomy, natural leadership and excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional French is required; functional English is needed to communicate with certain partners and teams.

  • Vacation entitlement based on experience.
  • Group RRSP with employer contribution.
  • Comprehensive group insurance, including telemedicine, dental and vision coverage.
  • Enhanced personal days.
  • Flexible schedule and additional corporate benefits.
