HVAC Technician / Apprentice (1st-4th Year)

We are hiring HVAC Technicians and Apprentices at all levels, from 1st through 4th year, to join our team serving the Montreal area.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Follow all applicable safety standards and building codes
- Apprentices will work alongside licensed technicians to gain hands-on experience and progress through their training
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or having completed an HVAC apprenticeship program (1st to 4th year welcome) or licensed HVAC technician
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions and physical environments
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
