Assembly Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Brantford, ON

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:10 AM (Sun to Thurs)

What's the Job?

• Follow established procedures for product assembly, equipment operation, and safety requirements as documented in the company's quality system
• Perform visual inspections to ensure high-quality production standards in fast-paced environment
• Conduct quality control checks at various stages of assembly and record production data accurately
• Set up assembly cells for upcoming shifts, ensuring all components and materials are available and ready for production

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Effective communication skills to report issues and coordinate with team members
• Basic understanding of equipment setup and troubleshooting
