Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Excellence Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations team supporting site capability development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence Training Coordinator

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Pay Range: Bill Rate $28/hr - $35/hr

What's the Job?

• Create, update, and organize technical training materials, including SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and training guides.
• Translate shop-floor processes into clear, accurate documentation for operators and support teams.
• Ensure training materials are current, standardized, and aligned with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Support the development of role-based learning plans and training pathways for employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and address skill gaps, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong written communication skills with an interest in SOP development and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS tools, or Power BI is an asset.
• Interest in Lean manufacturing, standard work, continuous improvement, safety, and quality.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
