We are looking for a highly organized, creatively minded Creative Projects and Operations Manager who will report to the Director of Apparel, Play & Licensing, and who'll be tasked with bringing ideas to life while keeping the people, processes, suppliers, timelines, and details behind the work running smoothly. As part of your role, you'll be at the intersection of creative, project management, supplier management, and business operations for a wide range of apparel, protective gear and consumer play products!

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead the Design team to plan and execute creative projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Lead the Development Buying/Sourcing team to develop and maintain the network of creative, production, manufacturing, and service suppliers based on project requirements, quality standards, timelines, capabilities, and budget.
  • Keep stakeholders including management, product line management and development teams informed of project status, changes, risks, supplier performance, and key decisions.
  • Support capacity planning and allocation of creative and supplier resources across projects that includes the coordination of freelancers, agencies, production partners, manufacturers, and other external vendors as needed.
  • Track project budgets, estimates, supplier quotes, expenses, and invoices.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Knowledge and passion for technical riding gear for the snowmobile, automotive or powersport industry
    Provide clear expectations for teams and suppliers regarding briefs, specifications, deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Are proactive to identify project risks or constraints and to develop key actions and sustainable solutions in a timely manner.
  • Have a thoughtful and collaborative approach where you can introduce structure that also allows the creative process room to breathe. Allowing both the creative and business-focused teams to effectively communicate and deliver industry-leading programs and products!
  • Are comfortable managing budgets, timelines, resources, supplier performance, and external partners.
  • Have 5+ years of experience leading design and/or development and sourcing teams.
