We are looking for a great data analyst to collaborate with a high-performing team and help deliver analytics and optimization projects. You will be at the centre of analysis and data capture efforts to enhance the efficiency of the PA&A distribution and logistics team.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Coordinate and prioritize warehouse shipping activities.

  • Optimize the efficiency of operations, minimize freight cost and maximize dealer service.

  • Cooperate with our distribution partner 3PL in the execution of operations.

  • Develop & maintain performance indicators in quality and productivity.

  • Coordinate the introduction of new products into the supply chain.

  • Support goods movement initiatives and their deployment in the distribution network.

  • Standardize operations processes and participate in the deployment of technical solutions.

  • Promote the application of good storage, pick-up and shipping practices "right the first time".

  • Analyze customer complaints in our distribution network and identify major contributors.

  • Participate to warehouse operation planning activities.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A college or university diploma and professional experience in the field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics.

  • Experience in distribution and warehousing as well as knowledge of SAP would be assets.

  • In-depth understanding of MS Excel and the Microsoft office suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage information, data and correspondence at multiple levels.

  • Written and spoken English at the level of 3/5 and 4/5, respectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally with various business stakeholders.

  • A problem-solver with critical thinking skills.

  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization.

  • Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, demonstrate a collaborative approach, continuous improvement and innovation.

MAKE YOURSELF STAND OUT WITH:

  • Experience with SAP Transport Management (TM), MS Excel, MS Power BI.

  • Strong team spirit and leadership skills.

OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION

  • The position is located in Saint-Philippe and requires on-site work at least 3 days a week depending on the projects in progress.

  • You will report directly to the Distribution & Operations Team Leader.
