Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Milton, ON

Pay Rate: $19.25 - $19.75 per hour

Day shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday to Friday
Afternoon shift: 3:30 Pm - 12:00 AM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and sorting
• Assist with box making, order induction, and packing
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks
• Support value-added services like kitting, labeling, and assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including trash removal and pallet detrashing

What's Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a busy environment
• High school diploma or GED required; experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not mandatory
