Food Services Manager

Position: Food Services Manager
Wage: CAD$38.50 per hour
Type: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including weekends and holidays)
Working hours: hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
Plan and control the budget and inventory of the food department.
Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures.
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary
Recruit and oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews
Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed
Manage catering services and promotional activities.

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
Language at work: English
