As Loyalty Partnership Analyst, you will support the Principal, Loyalty Partnerships in the management of existing Aeroplan Everyday Earn partnerships. You will work closely with the Partner Marketing team, the e-Commerce and Loyalty group, and the broader Air Canada organization by supporting the delivery and execution of partnership projects. You will also play a key role in helping to develop and maintain best-in-class customer experience strategies to deliver against the goals of the Loyalty Partnerships team.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations, partner relationship, business planning, and governance activities for multiple strategic Aeroplan partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, member investigations, compliance matters, escalations, and operational support requests.
  • Administer partner programs across the loyalty partnership portfolio, including reporting, documentation, issue resolution, and the maintenance of partnership processes and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate financial activities across the partner portfolio, including billing, invoicing, reconciliations, credit notes, and collaboration with Aeroplan Finance.
  • Coordinate partner and internal stakeholder activities, including recurring meetings, business reviews, agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the execution of partnership strategies, account initiatives, and proposals aligned with business objectives, KPIs, and established timelines.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans, budgets, campaigns, and materials within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance in collaboration with Analytics, using reporting and projections to identify required actions and inform business decisions.
  • Identify and coordinate or recommend the implementation of new or enhanced operational processes across the partnership portfolio.
  • Stay current on developments and competitive offerings across the loyalty, airline, retail, and travel sectors.

Qualifications

  • University or college degree, preferably in business, marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in the airline, retail and/or loyalty sectors.
  • Strategic and logical thinker and communicator.
  • Process driven and detail oriented, while still being flexible.
  • Excellent communication skills that include internal communication of client opportunities and challenges, and external communication.
  • Strong work ethic, autonomous, flexible, creative, and able to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Team player with proven ability to prioritize, organize, manage time and multi-task with excellent attention to detail.
  • Focus on operational excellence.
  • Thrives in a high-volume, agile, and fast-paced environment within a high-performance, results-oriented, passionate, and dynamic team.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bilingual English / French required.
