We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!

Job Description

- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
- Answer calls and schedule appointments

- Track parts on order

- Understand and apply the manufacturer's warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans

- Process requests for extended warranties

- Manage multiple IT platforms
