National Bank Investments is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative individual to join its sales team as a Sales Coordinator. This role offers an excellent entry point into the financial industry and sales culture, while providing a tangible contribution to supporting teams and driving business growth.

Your role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative, operational, and digital support to the sales teams. They will work with various internal partners - sales, marketing, compliance, and operations - to ensure the effective execution of business priorities.

  • Support customer relationship management, business development, and sales coordination activities.
  • Ensure that data in Salesforce and related tools is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate digital initiatives, communications, webinars, campaigns, and marketing follow-ups.
  • Support the logistics of events, regional meetings, and client activities.
  • Support follow-ups related to compliance, budgets, expenses, and documentation in the appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve processes and the efficiency of sales support.

Prerequisites:

  • College or university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in coordination, sales support, administration, or financial services.
  • A strong interest in the financial industry and sales culture; a basic understanding of finance is required.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, business partners, and in diverse environments.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, WebAdvisor, Fundserv, Scorm, and Power BI is a plus.
