We are seeking a Technical Coordinator reporting to the Connected Vehicle Project Manager to support the development of software-intensive projects. The R&D Technical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that product development activities are coordinated, visible, and progressing across the design, software development, and validation teams.
Acting as a central synchronization point, this individual ensures that priorities are aligned, dependencies between teams are effectively managed, and best practices for activity planning and tracking are applied. This individual actively contributes to the improvement of development processes and fosters effective collaboration among the various groups involved in project delivery.

On this team, you will do more than just write specifications: you will be at the heart of creating the digital experiences that power our Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am vehicles. Each project will allow you to leave your mark on our most iconic products, right in the field, working directly with the machines.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Coordinate development activities among the Design, Software Development, and Validation teams to ensure alignment of priorities and deliverables.

Ensure work management and tracking in Jira, including the definition and maintenance of standards for planning, monitoring, and traceability.

Facilitate follow-up and planning meetings to foster communication, collaboration, and the progression of activities.

Maintain clear visibility of project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues for stakeholders. Identify and eliminate obstacles that could hinder project progress, and coordinate the actions required for their resolution.

Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to plan, prioritize, and monitor development activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and work methods to enhance the efficiency and quality of R&D activities. Support and guide teams in applying best practices for development, collaboration, and work management.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams within a technological development environment.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including experience with ETAS INCA.

Experience with Jira or an equivalent tool, and programming skills (Android, MATLAB, embedded software).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to influence and mobilize teams without direct hierarchical authority.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Bilingualism is essential (French/English).
