In collaboration with suppliers, software teams, and mechanical teams, you will ensure that the selected solutions meet performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
You will play a key role in technical reviews, the evaluation of component choices, the supervision of validation activities, and the monitoring of prototypes throughout the product development cycle.
Be part of the innovation that redefines recreational mobility.
Are you passionate about technology, connected vehicles, and product innovation? Join our dynamic Engineering Services team and contribute to shaping the future of recreational mobility. On this team, you will do more than just write specifications: you will be at the heart of creating the digital experiences that power our Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am vehicles. Each project will allow you to leave your mark on our most iconic products, right in the field, working directly with the machines.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Define the electrical and electronic architecture of new products and participate in technical reviews with suppliers.

  • Oversee the development of electronic modules in collaboration with external partners, notably by evaluating component selections, electrical schematics, and the performance of proposed designs.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor hardware validation (DVP) activities, and integrate the results into development processes and system requirements.

  • Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing, including HIL activities, laboratory testing, and validations performed by suppliers.

  • Lead certification activities for electronic products and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

  • Act as the technical liaison between the electronics, mechanical, and software teams and suppliers to ensure optimal integration of solutions.

  • Manage prototypes and development samples, including tracking prototype pedigree, sampling plans, and validation equipment (harnesses, test benches, validation kits, etc.).

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electronic product development.

  • Experience collaborating with external design partners or manufacturers.

  • Solid understanding of analog and digital electronic design.

  • Knowledge of validation, qualification, and certification processes for electronic products.

  • Experience with test benches, HIL systems, and laboratory equipment.

  • Ability to critically analyze hardware designs and influence technical decisions.

  • Excellent communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

  • Bilingualism is essential (French/English).

ASSETS THAT WILL SET YOU APART:

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

  • Knowledge of BRP methodologies.

  • Mastery of vehicle architecture.

  • Expertise in analyzing and evaluating the performance of embedded electronic platforms for infotainment applications.

Do you have other qualifications? Tell us what is unique about you that is a great addition to the team.
