POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the National Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Advisor helps attract the talent that will enable our residences to operate smoothly and continue growing.
You will work closely with managers at our various residences to understand their needs, identify candidates, and develop creative ways to connect with talent, particularly for harder-to-fill positions.
This role is ideal for a curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented individual who wants to develop their talent acquisition expertise in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively seek candidates and develop talent pools.
- Attracting the right talent
- Being close to the operations
- Collaborating with managers to fully understand their workforce needs.
- Contribute to enhancing our employer brand.
- Contribute to our HR initiatives
- Develop a good understanding of the different positions and realities of our residences.
- Explore different ways to reach candidates: social networks, events, referrals, partnerships, schools, local communities, etc.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving our talent acquisition practices.
- Participate in recruitment activities and various visibility initiatives in the regions.
- Publish and ensure the visibility of job offers on the right platforms.
- Sharing ideas and best practices to improve candidate attraction and experience.
- Supporting managers
- Supporting managers in their efforts to attract candidates.
- To exercise judgment and propose solutions when usual approaches do not work.
- To listen to the challenges experienced on the ground and to propose appropriate solutions.
- Use available data and tools to track results and identify areas for improvement.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, customer service, sales or a related field
- Training in human resources, administration or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with technological tools and recruitment platforms
- A good ability to use Excel and the tools of the Office suite
- Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written.
- English is an asset
- A car and the ability to travel occasionally to our residences.
