Quality Production

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Production professional to join their team. As a Quality Production, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Production

Location: Lachine, QC

Pay Range: $45/hr - $55/hr

What's the Job?

• Execute quality investigations and facilitate root cause analysis with stakeholders
• Plan and complete unit-related production quality projects, implementing actions and monitoring effectiveness using quality methods such as 8D and FMEA
• Support relocation projects by managing all quality-relevant topics, including transfer of FMEA and 8D records and production release audits
• Advise management and business partners on advanced technical quality issues
• Ensure and implement production standards, guidelines, and programs within the plant environment

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of experience in production quality or related fields
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, PDCA, and Poka Yoke
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in managing quality standards and conducting quality reporting and analysis
