Receiving Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the operations department supporting the receiving and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receiving Coordinator

Location: Concord, ON

Pay Rate: $19.75

Shift: 7:30AM to 4:00PM

What's the Job?

• Complete the receiving process in SAP accurately and efficiently
• Follow FIFO procedures during receiving activities
• Collaborate with other departments involved in receiving operations
• Understand and manage priority and rejection processes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment by adhering to procedures and standards

What's Needed?

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics environment
• Experience working with SAP is required
• Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to utilize computer systems and timekeeping tools
