Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and proficiency with data management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Rate: $20.36

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative support to the team on internal routines and various ad hoc requests and initiatives
• Support CCMs on Forecast Accuracy, updating data and trends in the system
• Conduct various analyses leveraging multiple data sources
• Manage all Accounts Receivable clearing of Promo Trade and Billbacks for all CCMs
• Maintain A/R tracker and prepare invoices, process incoming payments

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with teamwork and collaborative environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data processing
• Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
